Violette "STAND FOR THE CHILDREN" Home's mission is to run a ‘home-like’ facility where our kids may live as close to normal life, attend local school, and participate in the community within their full capacity. We are to be committed to providing the setting of a surrogate family, as our children get nurtured into advantaged adults. We are to live our motto ‘A Home Away from Home’ as we pursue our objective of enhancing the day to day life of our resident youths through care in all areas, especially education, structure, mental and physical health.
Future of the Company
It is the vision of Violette “STAND FOR THE CHILDREN” Home to serve another population composed of older children 18 to 26 age group. We envision that we can positively answer the old age question of – What Happens Then, When the Child Reach the age of 18? Violette “STAND FOR THE CHILDREN” Home hopes to answer such question by acquiring a sister facility to be used as a transitional house to further care for the young adults leaving our present services. There, a ‘Next -Step’ program would be developed which aim to coach those between the ages of 18- 26 into getting entrance in secondary education such as College, Technical or Business School, while further teaching them important life skills i.e. Financial Planning, Jobs Skills, and or Household Skills. Through our sister facility’s ‘Nest Step’ program Violette “STAND FOR THE CHILDREN” Home will afford these young adults continuing skills that allow these older men to become self-sufficient, independent, and drug and alcohol free
