ENVIROMENTAL THERAPY - is a teaching/modeling approach that provides an opportunity for each young man to learn to live harmoniously with peers and adults. Day-byday living experiences provide a forum for growth and correction of inappropriate behaviors.
TREATEMENT PLANS are individualized for each resident in an atmosphere of tolerance and understanding of the resident’s feelings. The group care program makes provisions for meeting the needs of young men including educational, health, recreational, nutritional, and clothing needs. Specialized services such as psychological, psychiatric, medical and dental care are provided by outside consultants.
RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITY recreational opportunities and experiences
Including trips to local parks, theaters, and museums
REWARD LEVEL - Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5

Residents must attend regular in-home scheduled sessions in a 1 to 1 with the Program Manager, and participation in group therapy and/or family meeting to raise and solve resident concerns.
A treatment plan to meet resident need will be devised upon initial psychiatrist evaluation. Individual therapy may be sought at a local outpatient agency such as Pike County MHMR Center or through community support groups etc. Also medical appointments will be made at interval to include, but not limited to, physical, dental, and eye examinations.
When appropriate, assistance by the staff will be provided to any resident who wishes to find and maintain employment. And, outside speakers may be invited to make presentations to the group toward successful independence.
